Welcome to the Children's Festival of Welsh History 2020.
This years' festival will be a little different to the usual, as we present a series of short films about characters and stories from Welsh history; invite you to join us for workshops linked to some of the films, as well as hold a few live events - all online. We will truly miss taking our shows and events to the amazing heritage sites all over Wales, but would like to thank all our partners for supporting us as we develop our offer online.
The Festival will be launched on September 16th with our brand new music video to celebrate Owain Glyndŵr Day, shot on location at Harlech Castle. Then, from September 21st, we will release 14 short films, each one pressentinga character or story linked to Welsh history - all the films are available free of charge until October half term. Twelve of the films will include versions with BSL translation and captioning in both English and Welsh
Schools classes, up to 30 pupils, will be able to book workshops linked to the short films, available throughout the duration of the festival.
Contact us for more information, and hopeflully you will join us for a very special 2020 festival.
